Attorney Craig Haston and Attorney Amy Thomas Perez are Houston family law attorneys who representsclients throughout North Houston and surrounding communities in family law matters.
Our founding Attorney, Craig Haston, is a Past-President of the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists and the 2010-1022 Chair of the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. Mr. Haston is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been a licensed attorney since 1992.
Craig Haston frequently writes and speaks on family law topics such as premarital agreements, alimony and trial techniques.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Haston mediates family law related cases for others in and around the Houston area, and is proud of his high rate of settlement.
Craig Haston was named as a 2006 Rising Star and a 2009 Super Lawyer in Family Law by Texas Monthly Magazine and a 2006 Top Family Lawyer in H Texas Magazine.
